Common trading actions required 5-7 clicks with poor data hierarchy, slowing down decision-making when speed matters most.

Approach
Conducted user interviews with traders, competitive analysis, and stakeholder discussions to uncover workflow bottlenecks and outdated patterns. Developed low-fidelity wireframes, tested with users, and iterated 20+ times to validate the simplified information architecture before moving to high-fidelity designs.
Built a comprehensive design system in Figma from scratch—defining typography, semantic color palettes, and 250+ custom icons for desktop, monitors, laptops, and tablets. Created reusable component libraries, iterated based on feedback, and collaborated with developers for smooth implementation.
